My great grand parents are listed as living here in 1918, not sure if I’m reading it right as I can find no other mention

Thanks for that, I wonder would anyone know it’s location, the listing on the census is the only time I’ve seen it mentioned anywhere.

There is only 3 buildings in the Census

I think it's Bells Lane in 1901

There is a baptism in 1888 St. Andrews church of Patrick Brennan, Bells Lane Ely Place, but that's not in Trinity Ward, so I'm not too keen on that.

There was a Charlotte Bell, vintner, at 29 City Quay in 1878 - perhaps 'Bell's entry' had something to do with that business.
