Mary Finan could be Mary O Hara - the birth for Margaret 11 May 1868 Aclaire Sligo (other births listed.)

Births index for children born in Keighley confirm that mmn was O'Hara.

A Michael Finnan married 1867 Tobercurry (Sligo) and one of possible brides who married at the same time was a Mary O'Hara.
