Hello,

This looks like Bernard Finan in 1881 with his parents, Peter and Winifred. Peter was born in Ireland, according to the census.

Looking at other censuses though, Peter does not show Ireland  :-\

Heywood, i found a peter born in 1865 is the nearest to the peter in chorley. birth records only started at this period. when peter got married it does not say who his father is.

Peter Finan married Winfred Mulrooney in 1975, Chorley so he wouldn’t be born 1865.

He shows born Chorley, Ireland and Wolverhampton in the various censuses but I can’t see him before 1881 with Winifred.
