I really enjoyed the short time I spent in the Chat Room this morning - very early here in Oz!

Hope I didn't cause too much trouble by not exiting correctly - it was my first experience of chatting online - well, that's my excuse anyway! ::)

It was great - just like meeting old friends ;D - Thanks RootsChat - it just keeps getting better.

Aaron,

Thank you for your compliments  ;) We have a couple more things up our sleeves that we will be "rolling out" over the coming weeks which we hope you will all like... oh, and as ever it will all be totally free too.

Fitty,

 ??? Try this:

Close down (not just minimise) all the windows of your browser
Have a cup of tea while leaving it a minute,
then logging back into RootsChat before going

Trystan

PS I think if you use a PopUp blocker tehn that can casue it problems not logging you out - as a little popup does the loggin out bit. Try disabling the popup blocker just to see if it makes any difference next time you get into it ok.

Hi

Help, Its not just you it hates Fitty it don't like me much either.

I can get in and sort of get out, although when I go back to Rootschat its stuck and I have to shut internet down, but my problem is that I cant see the chat lines,  I've seen some but when the box fills up it doesnt move up so I can see new ones, and some I've sent I cant see at all, dont know if others can see them or if they just didnt work.

I've turned off pop up stopper but that made things worse I think, dont really know, though cos couldnt see anything

Hi Patches,

We saw your how do you get out message,  but nothing after that,  just you,  entering and leaving,  entering and leaving.  ;D

Trystan is having some lunch,  then he is going to look into it.  It is working for some,  not for others.  :(

Hi,
Are any other county rooms going to be added or can we add our own ones,
I see cumberland has appeared.
Last night there was a Southerners that then dissappreared...
Was that added in fun due to the Northerners quips..?? ;)
