pdf to jpg
« on: Saturday 27 October 18 17:55 BST (UK) »
Hi peeps

I have a 32pp document in pdf format, which I'd like to convert into 32 single pages, each in jpg format.

Can someone please suggest the best (aka easiest) way to do this for free? ;D

Thanks

Print it off and photograph each?

It's all in glorious technicolour, so I don't think I have enough ink in my printer cartridges.

Take a screenshot of each page and save as jpg.

Won't I then be left with all the gubbins at the top and bottom of the page that will need cropping out?

It is very quick to  crop anything you don’t want in the image, it is a very simple way of converting, I have done it myself.

Oooh!  Thanks.

Just downloaded it and my security guard (Mr McAfee) didn't object to anything.  It has a "fit to the page" option, which I used, then snipped each page and saved them as jpgs.

Sorted!

Am happy bunny.

The ultimate destination for these pages is on a website, and I'm a bit concerned about converting/saving/snipping/saving/etc in case it means the quality deteriorates.
