I am looking for Samuel Perkins born around 1807 in sheerness Kent, could anyone look it up or tell me where I can find the registres for the birth for that period,

It's going to be a BAPTISM register, not a birth.

Samuel Perkins    Head    M    44    Sheerness, Kent
Thomas Perkins    Wife    F    40    St Giles, Middlesex

Some thing wrong there.

I downloaded the leaflet you sent they say the registers are held at the Kent local archives  I presume it's the maidstone archive you mentioned the family search in Kent, can I find a local one to me I live south  london

ask at your local public library what else they might offer.

There are no parish registers for Sheerness circa 1807.

Minster in Sheppey would probably be the first place to look.
