Thank you again usaPetticrew, yes, those are correct.   
I've checked, and I do have Bertram's grave, thanks to a FindaGrave member.   The inscription must be on one of the sides of Edmund and Listina's monument, and the date is definitely wrong as I have his death record which states 30 July 1914, aged 43 yrs 2 months and 3 days.  I now remember that I did submit an edit suggestion, including date of birth, but looking today I see that it hasn't been done.  I suppose it depends on who had the inscription added, and when.   

As far as I know, we don't have access to newspapers.com in UK libraries.
