Marriage Lookup: Isaac Cooper 1850

Hi

I wonder if anyone could find the marriage entry of Isaac Cooper to Fanny Williamson? The marriage was in the Nantwich district in the Dec qtr of 1850. I need to establish the identity of Isaac's father if possible.

Yes, it is the correct entry

When was Isaac born

1851 Census would be the best idea, found Isaac aged 23  and Fanny aged 22 in Nantwich

Isaac was born circa 1828 in Nantwich according to 1851, he looks as if he might be alone on 1841 although there is a family , looks like next door or the same building

What I'm really trying to do is establish the identity of Thomas Cooper's parents. He died (committed suicide in Nantwich in 1847). His known siblings (confirmed by his brother's will) were William, Edward, Isaac, Elizabeth and Ann. However, I can't find baptisms for any of these children in Nantwich.

Elizabeth Cooper married Thomas Avern Adams at Nantwich in 1830; Ann Cooper married William Mills also at Nantwich in 1838; and William Cooper married twice, first to Mary Edmonds; secondly to Ann Edmonds. On Ann Cooper's marriage certificate she has William Cooper as her father as does William on both of his marriage certificates.

In the Crewe Chronicle I found an interesting article (date 1929) which records the death of Martha Adams (daughter of Elizabeth Cooper and Thomas Avern Adams) who was aged 91. The article said that Martha was the granddaughter of Rev William Cooper who was minister at the baptist chapel in Barker Street, Nantwich along with his brother Rev John Cooper so it appears that the father is William Cooper who was a shoemaker as well as a preacher.

I cannot find baptisms for Isaac, Elizabeth and Ann but there is a William Cooper and wife Frances having children in Nantwich between 1815 and 1831. William is down as Cordwainer and Sexton.

I've often wondered whether William and Frances Cooper were the parents but I cannot prove it so there is still a question mark regarding the parents of Thomas, William, Elizabeth, Edward, Isaac and Ann.
