I did not find Susannah.

There is Jane, daughter of Thomas & Sarah, but I neglected to record the date.

Boyds marriage index has a marriage in Writtle in 1810 of a Thomas Moss to a Sara Brazier.

I note that you can browse the Bishop's Transcripts for Writtle ( use the catalogue on Family Search to locate them) - baptisms and burials 1813 - 1838 and marriages 1813 - 1836.

thank you William and CP.

So, so far we have:

Thomas Moss & Sarah Brazier married 1810

born 1814 Jane (daughter ), married 1835 to William Bangs: witnesses William Wilson and Sarah Moss
born about 1817 Susannah (daughter ?), 1838 based born daughter Susannah
born 1824 Mary Ann (daughter)

There must have been more children between 1810 and 1830 of Thomas and Sarah...….

how fascinating this all is !

the search continues…

thank you keyboard 86. she was 15 in 1841 and 29 in 1851 ?

Could it be that she was 19 in 1841 ?

also wondering if Sophia and Mary were twins or maybe cousins ?

:) An old chesnut re the 1841 census, it was the only census where the ages were "Rounded up/down" but not always, so in this case note in this family how the ages ( of the adults ) are all divisible by 5!

PS the Ellen Moss with Thomas/Sarah is Illegitimate and the Emma Moss with William Wilson & Susannah in 1841 possibly also?
