Have you looked at "Surnames Interests"?

It would be an idea to add some information about him such as country, county, town, parents, spouse etc., if known.

Are you looking for information or do you have some to impart, or are you wanting to make contact with descendants?

Edit. Of course the country is England and the county Lancashire; that's why I looked at the post.  :-[   My excuse is that I was a) in a hurry, about to dash off for an appointment; b) slightly brain-fogged.

I was interested because a 4xGGM had Latham relatives but it was a long time before 1910.
It's a common name in Lancashire.
I assumed 1910 was his birth year.

No birth for that name in 1910.  The only one on freebmd is 1857 Manchester.  More info as detailed above please

I have part of a pictorial billhead which I would pass on to an interested party. The only other bit of info is that he had connections/owned with the Reliance Safe Company, possibly Manchester. The surnames interest  table only gives  limited info and from FreeBMD I get the middle name Owen.  I calculate that  he was born 1856: his wife Jane Agnes (Ealand) 1856 and their daughter Edith Elizabeth in 1891. I thought a full name mention would attract a direct interested party.

Your subject header is misleading as it gives the impression he was born in 1910.

1910 is the date on the billhead. If I hadn't given any date at all, a date would have been requested. Circa 1910 would not suggest birth, marriage or death, but suggests lifetime.

See first reply - Maiden Stone also makes reference to 1910 being his birthyear

Including the info you gave in your later replies would have been helpful at the outset as we tend to work with BMD dates rather than a date on a billhead that wasn’t even mentioned in your opening post.

James was an Ironfounder on both 1891 and 1901 censuses and as he died in 1915 I don’t understand your reference to 1910 being suggestive of his lifetime.  His lifetime was 1857 - 1915

There is a private tree on Ancestry but you would need to contact the tree owner direct.  Do you have an Ancestry sub?  If not,  I can email them on your behalf with the link to this post

I too was of the impression 1910 was his birth year as there was no reference to anything else in the subject heading nor the opening post.

Add..."we tend to work with BMD dates rather than a date on a billhead"

I would agree unless stipulated otherwise on 'Subject' heading.

He died 28.5.1915 and left a will. Estate just over £11,000.  Executor was George Latham provision dealer who you probably already know was his brother as per 1871 census entry
