Help with reg. birth of Michael Beevers only on 1939

I can't find him anywhere but on 1939

Presumably you have seen both parents’ names in 1939 (if they are his parents) and their location?  You haven’t provided this information.

FreeBMD shows a marriage of Alfred E Beevers to Edith M Procter, Mar qtr 1929.  Have you looked for possible births to them?

If none, then perhaps they adopted a son - or the child with them in 1939 was otherwise related.

Having found the marriage - as per avm228 - and also no birth registrations to those parents, it would seem likely that Michael is not their child, but perhaps a sibling's child.

Michael dies - March 2003 - Burnley and Pendle R D - date of birth as per 1939 entry.

You could buy the 2003 death certificate to See where he was born - perhaps it was abroad
