I don't believe so, i couldn't find the census on family search however i do have it on ancestry, i will link it here, if this link breaks the rules, please remove and i'll post information instead.

That 1841 census shows she is living with her husband and children, specifically, George Parker and Fanny Parker, her son & daughter. On the 1851 census i have on ancestry she is living with George and Fanny in another address. On the 1861 Census, ( she is a monthly nurse) in my 3rd great grandfathers house. On this census and the 1851 she is born same birth year, 1804 and is born in the same place Eaton, Hampshire.

Thanks Kay, i believe that's the correct census, i also believe it's Eaton not Evson however i couldn't make it out on the census
