Cantley and Moulton

After a happy diversion to/from Scotland and Ireland for the wife's side of the family I have been entering some data on to my Family Tree Maker and using a Parish Register map at the same time to just reassure myself that the info I have look plausible.

Then I saw it ... Cantley. It looks like there are two parishes in Norfolk.
One near Langley.
One near Acle.

Are these some and the same parish or are they completely different?

The same applies to Moulton.

Norfolk Born and Bred and have only heard of one Cantley in Norfolk.
Acle is 5 miles as the crow flies.
Langley green is about 1 and a quarter miles across the river.
Moulton has two parishes Moulton St Michael and St Mary
