Michael Burns, Coalmaster
« on: Thursday 08 November 18 15:18 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for any photographs of my 3rd Great Uncle, Michael Burns.
He was born on 6 June 1818 at Closeburn, Dumfries and died 3 May 1888 at 5 Chalmers Street, Edinburgh. His main business interests were in managing mineral resources  around Mauldslie/Law/Carluke.
Many thanks.

There was a death notice for Michael Burns in the Dundee Courier - 5 May 1888

In case you haven't seen it.............

Scotland, National Probate Index (Calendar of Confirmations and Inventories), 1876-1936) Michael Burns.
