I don't understand that myself. But it is definitely Ann Muldoon on the marriage.

That's very extensive. Thank you for doing that!

I checked the 1833 and 1834 and neither are him. They are from St Patricks. So if St Patricks is digitised on their system and it hasn't produced a result I suspect that they weren't married there. I think it would be unusual for them to marry after the date.

This is getting confusing so to explain this better:

Arthur Rice m Ann Gunnion
Son Arthur born 1838
Arthur m Ann Muldoon
Their child is Annie Rice who marries Andrew Ross.

The Arthur father of Annie is a butcher in the census and in her marriage record.

There is a record in the valuation books on Hercules Street for an Arthur Rice Sr dated 1838 and in Martins Street Directory 1841 1842 as a flesher on Hercules Street. Makes me think he is therefore linked. Also Hercules Street matches the location of Arthur Rice jr when he marries Ann Muldoon.

Also there is the John Neary of the Workhouse record.
