Trying to find the parents of James Gregory 1836 Tavistock

And his grand parents  please

I did have William and Mary ( didn't find Mary's maiden name )

But what is Williams parents names please ??

IF you already have something, then don't ask for it, supply it!

Looks like you should be able to get James mother's maiden name  from sibling(s)
finding the appropriate marriage should be relatively easy.

I don't know. why don't you do a little research to date his marriage, then you might be able to hazard a guess as to his age/birthplace/occupation/ residence

Younger childrens births show mmn was Wonnacott.   William Gregory married Mary Wonnacott 21/10/1821 Tavistock.

William Gregory bc.1801 buried 14/5/1843 Tavistock
Mary Gregory bc.1800 buried 20/11/1847 Tavistock

Can't see a William Gregory baptism ca.1801 in Tavistock, Devon
Mary Wonacott bp.29/3/1801 Tavistock, dau. of John and Catherine.

A Thomasin GREGORY was baptised at Tavistock in 1802, dau of Thomas & Mary
A William GREGORY was baptised at nearby (2 miles) Whitchurch in 1799 son of Thomas & Mary.
