Searching for Noble/Hindmarsh Durham
« on: Tuesday 13 November 18 13:18 GMT (UK) »
Looking to find any information on George Noble bapt 08 Jan 1822 Heworth? parents William Noble born c1797 Gateshead, and Frances Elizabeth Hindmarsh she was born 1797 Gateshead and buried 1845 Heworth.
I had previously received information on the Noble line going back some years which was wrong and i deleted everyone from George's father, so looking forward to putting things right.
My connection is through Richard Hailes Noble who married my Aunt Elsie Andrew.

The baptism was indeed at Heworth, but on 8th January 1823, not 1822. http://www.rootschat.com/links/01n0y/

The mother's maiden name isn't mentioned in the parish record  :-\

Thank you very much for your replies, the information was just what i needed to kick start me again on this side of my family. I have found George, or what could be George living in Stockton age 15yrs+or-  his father William and Elizabeth are living in Jarrow, Gateshead in 1841 along with William 22yrs, Elizabeth 13yrs, James 10yrs Mary 7 Jane 4yrs & John 1yr, there is also a Robinson age 0yrs, i suspect that this could be Robert aged 9yrs in 1851.  Possibly misheard "Robert son".
Thanks also for the baptism change as i did not have this.

He is definitely called Robinson on the 1851, not Robert.
