As there is no middle initial given on his marriage for George he's most likely going to be one of three possibilities - born in Kendal, Pontefract or Bury if he's 30 Jun 1932

The Kendal one looks like they were illegitimate - so if he was left on a doorstep he may be the one to look at first, even though geographically speaking it doesn't look likely

Looking at his widows death  I believe she is

So I'll throw another possibility into the mix
There is a George Richardson who dies in the right registration district for Morpeth - but in Dec 1981 - DOB 5 Sep 1928

This appears to be the George Richardson MMN Campbell reg in Morpeth Dec quarter 1928, he also has a twin brother William

They are living with their parents on the 1939 register (but don't think we are meant to put them up)

There is a marriage between Thomas W Richardson and Ann Campbell in 1927

Really you need George and Patricia's marriage certificate to give the fathers name to help work out which is the correct one
