facebook I changed my password now can't log in

That was the problem,  you have to have same password for each FB, webpage and app. After using the original,  it finally got the picture and sent me a code. I've left it as it was, too much bother to try again on both. I only have one email address.  Computers   

That is ONE of the dangers of Facebook!!

Are you sure because I've had e-mails from you from 2 different e-mail addresses 

Added - maybe one was from the olden days.
