WWII Death certificate
« on: Wednesday 14 November 18 11:44 GMT (UK) »
My uncle William Fox was in the RAF and died in April 1944 when his plane came down in the Adriatic Sea. His body was never found so would a death certificate have been issued and if so could I get a copy?
thanks
Carolyn

Is this him?

If so then he is in the GRO War Death RAF (All Ranks) 1939-1948 index (on FindMyPast)  with all the references needed to apply to the GRO for a copy of the certificate.
