Just wondering, would I maybe have a chance of information if it was put on Australian Board?

I was looking for help with the above. I have had a hint that they were in Sydney Australia, not sure when and I cannot find on any passenger lists.
Thanks.

Before you post anywhere else where did you get that 'hint' from and what information was given.

There is no point in posting elsewhere if we can prove they did not leave England.  We have already found a death for both Christophers in England

The hint keeps popping up on an ancestry site. At first I ignored it but the Elizabeth Gair also showed and as he married an Elizabeth Gair it seemed too much of a coincidence. I have not been on this site or even looked at my tree for years I am revisiting my ancestors so to speak.

Just out of interest, what did this 'hint' say? Does it not give a link to a record?

There are one for each of them.

Hansen Christopher
Sydney, Australia Anglican parish Registers 1814-2011

name Christopher Hansen.

Same for Elizabeth Gair.

It is only viewable on world wide which I cannot afford to pay for.

Thanks, Barbara.

Ok, I have looked at that, its a marriage dated 1945, so I can't post the names of the bride and groom as they may still be living, but Christopher Hansen (deceased) an engineer and Elizabeth Gair are down as parents of the groom.

Will PM you

I can (I think) say that the groom's home address was given as Blyth, Northumberland :-)
