Identify WW2 cap badges

Can anyone help me with a little information regarding the picture of my grandad like what sort of job he may have done in the army
All I know is that it was world war II

The angle of the badge on his head dress makes it a little difficult but my best guess is a fusilier regiment, possibly Royal Fusiliers thus he was an infantryman, a sergeant by his stripes.
