Why is Frances Maria BURCH in NZ in 1899?.  That marriage record might be interesting to see....witnesses names?....parents names?...

The sister Frances Maria who married Frederick Osmond in 1899 in New Zealand - I do have that family branch info.  The cousins Dulcie and 'Agnes Maud' were quite close growing up here.

So you have filled my 'coffers' with a ton of additional information on this family for which I'm grateful.

That is interesting, Martin. 

Especially this: my Tansley family came to Australia in 1873

As the passenger list shows that Maria travelled alone, unless she was with relatives with a different surname.
