Does anyone have any info on Wilson family who farmed at Darfash Gamrie in 1800's
The 1841, 1851 and 1861 censuses of Gamrie have been transcribed and are online at https://www.freecen.org.uk/cgi/search.pl. I suggest you have a look there first, and then at the originals of those and the 1871 and 1881 at SP when you can get back into it. Then come back to us with more information about the people you want to know about.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

You really need to include a lot more info than you are doing at the moment.  Your opening post gave us virtually nothing and then the details you gave about Alexander were shown to be incorrect

You now say you want to know about your gt grandfathers siblings but give absolutely no information as to their names/birthyears etc etc ???

Suggest you use later available census info to determine the names of their wives/husbands etc then link that to research on SP to find their marriages/deaths etc

James Wilson age 10 ....King Edward Aberdeen

As Carol suggested finding them on census forms and finding a match on Scotlands people is the way forward

Here is one of the sibblings which you can check
Helen Porter Wilson date of birth 27/8/1863 Gamrie Banff
Marriage 1889 Newhills Aberdeen spouse John Dunn
Death 1938 Aberdeen
All on SP
Isabella Wilson married Alexander Craigen 1875 Turriff
Death 1910 St Machar Aberdeen
