Edward MALINS, born c1846, Birmingham

Hello,

I have researched most of the usual Indexes to no avail for Edward MALINS, born c1846 Birmingham.  There are only two facts I have, first, he was imprisoned for two years between 08/01/1861 and 07/01/1863 and seemingly did not re-offend, and, two, his father was also Edward and about 1861 was living at Hatchet Street, Birmingham.

Can anyone help please?
