A bit confusing:-

According to the register, Frances was born on 17th August 1882. This can sometimes be a year out.

A Francis (Frances?) White was baptised on 17th December 1890 at Sheffield St Michael, the daughter of David and Sarah Ann, giving her birth as 17th (no month) 1881.

On the 1891-1901 censuses, she may be the daughter of Sarah Ann Sykes, born Helpringham, Lincs.

There is an article in the Boston Guardian, 18 April 1903, when Samuel Henry Garnham was to  appear before the magistrate for being drunk and disorderly. He did attend but evidence was given by P.C. Sykes.
