GR have not renewed their security certificate so from midnight GMT it's become a bit of an adventure getting on the site and using threads ???

I came on here to ask if anyone else was having this problem. AVG won´t allow me to use the site at all this morning and IE strongly advises me not to go into it. Spent the weekend accumulating a mass of information which I had planned to add to my tree today. Am not amused.

Have not been on the site in ages I thought it had closed down, is Friend Reunited still in existence?

It was Friends Reunited that closed, Genes Reunited continued.

Same here. If not allowed to go to the site, click on Advanced and you can get there and sign in, but it's not allowing access to trees. I messaged Support 4 hours ago but so far no reply.

Actually once signed in most features are available but Tree still not! Nothing in their "News" feature about the problem.

They don't bother letting those that pay subs know about issues but do announcements on FB and ignore those of us not on FB.

There have been lots of people leaving the site and this could be the last straw for many. Looks like the company wants everyone on FindMyPast. ::)

Strangely F M P are not acknowledging them on their site, I am sure they used to

BNA still mentions them

I never go to their Facebook page but I did just now and there's no update on the problem - hasn't been a post for months.
