I am looking for details of an Elizabeth Dorothy Wilkinson who was resident in in Fish Hoek district Simonstown in 1954.

She wasn't married at that point in time

I  have no birth details nothing come up in any searches globally but we think she was born in 1930's so I guess could still be alive but we simply have no idea

No mention of this lady's birth in TROVE.  Have you checked the Australia Electoral Rolls on ancestry.com.au although had to be 21 years or older in the 40s, 50s.
