Looks like there was at least one further child:

George Follett, mother’s maiden name Williams, Sep qtr 1896 Stoke on Trent 6b 213.

Baptised 12 July 1896 at Shelton, Hanley, Staffs.

Parents: George Henry (mechanic) & Emily, of 6 Castle St.

  Thank you you have solved George Follett for me .  His name is on the war plaque at Woodlands Church Doncaster . I have asked my relations if the knew who the George Follett was but no one knew . My mum told me years ago when we were at a wedding there he was a relation but i couldn't remember who it was . Thank you

Emily Blackwell is still alive in 1939 Adwick-le-Street her son Isaac Blackwell is married and at address shown on CWGC site for George, Fanny Blackwell married a Joynes Dec 1921 Doncaster.
Still would like to locate Emily Williams prior to marriage?

  Hi , Thank you I did know Fanny we used to vist regular at South Street Highfields Doncaster . I'll have to message Hazel joynes Hazel is fanny's granddaughter now Maloney. I'll ask to see if she knows anything about Emily .
