Blind Lane is still there and still goes by that name.  Itís behind the church.  The Bell Inn is on Blind Lane.

Hi Eilleen

You may have already done this, but in case...

Three homes on from the Lanes family (1911 census) is 'The Cottage Coleby', might be 'Rose Cottage' shown on the the maps, which is also outside of Coleby. If you keep moving through the census there are several homes just 'Coleby', but then there is George Parker at 'Coleby Boundary Nocton Lincs'. The address on the back of the census sheet is 'Boundary Cottages, Coleby (&?) Nocton Lincoln'.
Boundary Cottages are on the old maps and was further east than the Mill. Current maps show Boundary Cottages is now Heath House, which is on the A15 Sleaford Road.

Have you tried checking the neighbours names against the 1901 census incase they didn't move, and it gives you more clues.
