1861 census Cuttress Cuttris Ely COMPLETED

This should be easy but it has me stumped despite many hours of searching.
William and Elizabeth Cuttress found living in Deacons Lane, Ely in 1841,1851 and 1871.
I just can't find them in 1861!
1851 William Cuttress age 70 labourer Elizabeth aged 67
1871 William aged 90 Miller Elizabeth aged 87
Both born in Ely
Any help most appreciated.
