Fingers crossed that they come back on line

I’m hoping!  Although, I wonder if they’re available at Dublin archives/Library or some government office somewhere.

If you have a clear query re a specific address it may be worth emailing the very helpful librarians there. They are usually crazy busy, but an easy clear query and they might do a quick lookup for you.
