Mary Crompton, Epsom.
« on: Sunday 25 November 18 16:35 GMT (UK) »
Looking for any information on Mary Crompton (b.1925 in Paris, daughter of Frank and Mabel Crompton). Mary was known to be in the Epsom area in 1954. Whether she was married at that time, I do not know, but it is known that by 1979 she has two children, , and is still in the Epsom area. It would be nice to tie up the loose ends if possible.

We are not allowed to post 1939 information other than  what is available in the free index but your Mary (Estelle) Crompton is possibly there with an added married name.

Searching Free BMD for a marriage between Crompton and the ‘married’ name from 1939, there is a marriage and a later birth in the right area.

I first found the birth by searching the female name you gave with mmn Crompton and got it that way.

Have you tried finding your information that way?

There is quite a gap though between the marriage and the birth  :-\ which would also make Mary in her mid 40s.
