Sheffield - Wesley Church Marriage 1907

Marriage between Rosetta Timms (1882 Sheffield) to William Hamblin (1877-79 Cheltenham, Gloucestershire) at the Wesley Church 1907.

I have a bit of a puzzle with this particular groom as I have him marrying a totally different lady in 1900 in Gloucestershire.  Both my tree and the tree that states the above marriage have the same parents and siblings.

I would really like to know if this is the same guy. I know that it is a big ask but if there is anyone who could check the parish records for me please I would be very grateful.  The information I would like to know is William's occupation, the name of his father, the name of the witnesses and any other information recorded.  If at all possible a photo of the records.

William Hamblin aged 28, shop assistant, of 183 South Street Park, son of William Hamblin (deceased),
occupation jeweller.

Rosetta Timms aged 24, of 4 Haden Street, dtr of Herbert Timms (deceased) occupation iron worker.

Married 13th May 1907, witness' John Lewis Limms and Caroline Sands.
