Looking at the M of Hambrdige, the writer is one of those reverse M people,
So I am suggesting

Minnnie

(But really it looks like Quinine).

My first thought was Winnie but I see what you mean about the m in Hambidge looking like a w.

You could look for her birth if she was a Miss and confirm her name that way.

I have failed to find the birth of Julia. Neither 1901 nor 1911 censuses too. From the photo it would seem she was about 20+ in 1907. In the North Wilts directory of 1908 Highworth, the entry is just "The Misses Hambidge, The Limes." T

There's a Minnie Hambidge born 1885 Bishopstone Wilts living in Stratton.

Her family is worth investigating

Minnie could be Maria Hambridge born Dec 1885 Highworth

In 1891 same parents of Minnie have a 5 year old daughter Maria

I don't understand the reference to a photo (what photo?) but I think "the Misses" are probably Ellen Julia Hambidge (presumably known as Julia) born circa 1858, died in Minehead in 1932, and her sister Mary (presumably known as Minnie or something similar) born circa 1854. Daughters of Francis Henry and Ellen Hambidge who are at the Limes in Lechlade Road, Highworth in 1901 (though Ellen Julia is not present).
