Not sure if this should be here or in another forum but as its unreadable to me i have put it here

Hopefully i have attached 4 pages .is there any details of the injury and which battle he was injured in

He served in the 20th Regiment Of Foot

Received all my Clothing, Pay, Arrears of Pay and all Just Demands whatsoev(er)
from the Time of my Inlisting in the Regiment mentioned on the other Side
to this Day of my Discharge [as?]

                                             Abraham Xhis Neville

Witness [Jo? Houred?]

I do hereby Certify that the Causes which has rendered it
necessary to discharge the within mentioned Abraham Nevill as
stated on the other Side, has not arisen from Vice, or misconduct and that
he is not to my knowledge, Incapaciated by the Sentence of a General Court
Martial, from receiving his Pension

First half:

His Majestys Twentieth Regiment of Foot, whereof [Lieutenant?]
General Sir John Stuart K. B. & C is Colonel

These are to Certify that Private Abraham Nevill Captn Geo(rge) Tovey's
Company in the Regiment aforesaid, born in the parish of Horndley in or near
the Town of Horndley in the County of Essex hath served in the
said Regiment for the Space of Four Years and three Hundred and Twenty Nine
Days as likewise in other Corps according to the following Statement, but in Consequence
of a ^Gun Shot^ [Wound?] in the Left Thigh in action with the Enemy ^25 July 1813 at Pyrenees [Mount(ain)s?]^ is considered unfit...

Second half:

...for further Service abroad, and is [proposed?] to be Discharged, and has been Ordered for the
Army Depot in the Isle of Wight, that his [case?] may finally be determined on,
having first received all just Demands of Pay, Clothing &c from his entry into the
said Regiment to the Date of this Discharge as appears by the Receipt on the
Back hereof
                 And to prevent any improper use being made of this Discharge
by its falling into other Hands the following is a Description of the said
Abraham Nevill

                 He is about Twenty five Years of Age Five Feet Inches high
[sic]
Brown Hair Grey Eyes Fresh Complexion and by trade a Labourer
