7th Princess Royal Dragoon Guards

At his wedding on 2 January 1918, in Kirriemuir, William Willis Mann described himself as a "Trooper in the 7th Princess Royal Dragoon Guards presently stationed at Woolton, Hampshire"
I am looking for any  further information on his service such as Regimental number, date of joining the military etc.

Not seeing a William W but there is a William H Mann 7th Dragoon Guards (Princess Royal's)
GS/7302 & D/13138.
GS=General Service
D=Dragoons.
Landed France 18/8/185 qualifying him for the 15 Star.
