Frederick Richard Fletcher, Toronto 1925-1970
« on: Wednesday 28 November 18 23:43 GMT (UK) »
I wonder if someone could be so kind as to find a copy of the a/m man's obituary or, at least, where he is buried?

He was born in Toronto 10 April, 1925 and died there on 14 April, 1970.

Many thanks.

Hi,

I checked the papers for April 14 - April 20 1970 and I didn't see an obituary for your man.

If you look under Prospect cemetery - you will find him

Found the obit in the Toronto Star November 16, 1970, on page 35.

Obit says he died at his home on November 14, 1970.  Husband of Eileen Reid.  Father of D*, brother of Doris (Mrs David Mackintosh), George, John and Albert Fletcher.  Interment Prospect Cemetery.

* didn't use full name - may still be living.

Many thanks, RK.

Apologies for the date of death I provided. I found that on what was advertised as a family tree on ancestry. My mistake.

Thanks again.
