I have been unable to access this site for a few months has anyone had this problem?

Have you registered at the site, what browser are you using?
All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

Yes registered when i go to search yhe box @ bottom of page says loading is not hilited also the world map not appearing. Using internet explorer tks

Try clearing Internet Explorer's cache and also clear all your cookies then close down IE before loading it up and trying again.

This is one of the sites that no longer works for me either using internet explorer but behaves if I use chrome

As of February 2018 familysearch no longer supports any version of Internet Explorer. Supported browsers are Safari , Chrome , Edge and Firefox. So the site will not work with IE.

Have downloaded Chrome but still not working
