Christian name in parish register

I’d be very grateful if anyone could suggest what the word (abbreviation?) is between the date and “Rebecca”.

It might help if we could have a few further details of this entry - country, county, parish etc.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
Archbell - anywhere, any date
Kendall - WRY
Milner - WRY
Appleyard - WRY

Sorry, it’s my first attempt at posting and clearly not very successful. I thought at first that I was posting too large a file, and so tried to intercept it. Hopefully, I’ll improve :)

It is Clifton Campville, Staffs. 1768. I essentially agree with the transcript on a website which must be nameless, but I wonder if there is more to it.

It is January 31, but I can’t make out the bit that comes before what seems to be “Rebecca”, i.e. the word that seems to have the upright of the last ‘h’ of “Hannah” in the line below going up into it.
