WW1 service record - transcription help

Please could someone help transcribe the attached.  It's the 'previous military experience' section on the service record of Private 9328 William Henry Page, HAC. Many thanks

The last word looks like Terr = Territorial.

With 5th F S before it (his record on FindMyPast is more readable)  - but I haven't yet worked out what F S was that had a 5th battalion.

5th Battalion East Surrey Regiment (Territorials).  They were in Wimbledon as a Volunteer Battalion pre 1908 (VB is distinguishable also).  Lived in Putney married in  Roehampton, all in the same neck of the woods.
