Brick wall , Israel Munt death after 1861 , help please

Hello,
I am trying to find a death of my ancestor -
Israel Munt who was married to Phoebe Munt ( ne Hawtrey )

They were living in Tottenham in 1861 census and he was aged 55

Phoebe was a widow in the 1871 census in Tottenham

The only record I can find is Israel Munt , died 1857 , aged 75 , making him too old

I would be very greatfull for any information

How old was he on the 1851 and 1841 censuses?

He cannot have died in 1857 if he is alive in 1861, so that must be someone else, not a wrong transcription.

45 in 1851 (transcribed as Sarah Hunt)

35 in 1841 (transcribed as Mael Mint)

The Mint made me smile never mind the Sarah.

Have you got a death for his widow?  Wondering if there was a gravestone for her it might have some details for Israel on it.

The 1857 death was in Herts and would probably be the 1851 entry for Israel Munt b 1783 Weston Herts and living in Herts. 

There is a death in Edmonton RD 1878 for Phoebe aged 80.  She was 57 in 1861 and 70 in 1871
