25 November 1861 burial is of "St Bn" Munt of 6 Triangle Place.

I'm assuming that "St Bn" means stillborn  :'(

Added:

There is another St Bn Munt burial - 5 December 1863 - address this time is Northampton Street.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
If you don't ask the question, you won't get an answer.
He/she who never made a mistake, never made anything.

Appleyard - WRY

Hello

Looking at the Death Certificate, Daughter was present at death giving The Pound Alms Houses, Tottenham, again.

'Munt of Tottenham' search took me to this (unconfirmed, so unsure of accuracy) ...

Burial, 3 Aug 1832, All Hallows Church, Tottenham, Edmonton Hundred, Middlesex, England, Burial of Thomas Munt. Transcript. Thomas Munt of Tottenham ...

Hello

With a first name like Israel, given to Jacob (Israel might be used as an alias name) and the connection with Edmonton (unchecked) and Tottenham, I'm wondering if it was a Jewish burial?

Usually, in England after 1837 you couldn't bury, without a confirmation of Registration of Death slip from the Registrar. My 4 x Gt Grandfather has one issued to the Quakers, but also his Death was Registered too.

I am wondering if Israel was Jewish and owing to some religious customs if the death occurred out of hours or at a weekend, I suspect there was also some process back then of reporting it to a Registrar or other Authority, like a Coroner, Police Constable, or Council.

Although, if a Death goes to a Coroner Investigation / Inquest, the Coroner registers the Death.

Or he died out of the country (outside of the jurisdiction of England & Wales), or on a vessel.

It does seem the Synagogues of Edmonton and Tottenham are now affiliated.

Perhaps his Death report and the signing off for Burial is amongst Jewish or other records?

General Information

Jewish Registers ...

Family Search General Information -  England, Jewish Records
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/England_Jewish_Records

Congregations may still hold Registers.

If attending Jewish meetings a plaque might be on the Wall at their place of Worship.

If death occurred in England and Wales after 1837 the death should be registered with the Registrar of Births, Marriages and Deaths.
