Italy birth record - Pietro Guarnerio

Hi,

I wonder if someone can help me please?

I am trying to locate the birth of a Pietro Guarnerio born around 1798 in Italy. He did move to the UK as he married a Mary Southwell in Huntingdon in 1823. All census records only state that he was born in Italy and a Naturalised British Subject but doesn't state where in Italy. Nothing is coming up on Ancestry or Find My past and I dont know where else to look.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

 - naturalisation papers in 1847 give him as of Lombardy.
