Translated as:

Hannah daughter of ? [Lord] Johannis Pickering who died 13th day of February.

You are on the right track thinking Lord.

it is:  Dom:

The Latin for Lord is Dominus.

The ending should be genitive singular to match Johannis.

So:  Dom(ini)

...daughter of the Lord John...
