Hi again, I thought the Nichols family were hard, but the Thomson's are causing similar problems!
The baptisms of John Thomson & Isabella shown above with Father John occ Cordwainer and Mother Jennifer both had an address as 23, Denmark Street ( Tin Pan Alley to all musicians in later years) this family were in Tottenham Court Road in 1841:-
John Thomson 45 occ Shoemaker Not born in County
Jane ( could she be Jennifer)? 44 Not born in County
Isabella 19
Mary Ann 17
Edwin 15
Jane 13
Richard 9
William 7
Charlotte 4
Rebecca 1
H0107/686/ 1/12 / 18
There is a marriage of an Isabella Thomson 18th July 1852 St Giles without Cripplegate to a Widowed David Garner  occ Last Maker, her father is John Thomson occ Boot Maker, only trouble is this Isabella states on various returns b 1828 not 1822?
Where were the 1841 family in 1851 onwards?
And the David Garner/Isabella partnership gets really odd in 1871 Gloucestershire

I have been having a think about the 14 year gap between the baptisms at St.Dunstan & All Saints & wondered if there is a possibility that William (born 1804/ bap. 1809) could be the father of the 4 baptised between 1823 & 1828, although I have not as yet seen anything about William marrying a Sarah & being a bookbinder like his father.

Ignore the last post regarding William(1804) being the father as the 1861 census fir Sarah disproves this idea.
