Searching for any information on my great grandmother. Born about 1853 in Glasgow. Married Archibald McIntyre on 06 November 1873. I can't find any info on her parents, or any of her ancestors. Any help would be much appreciated.

There are a few census records that could possible be your grandmother but until we have her parents names we can't be to sure ...I did see a death for a Alexander Carmichael 1864 High Church Glasgow
age 47 mothers maiden name Cowan ...

CARMICHAEL MARGARET 1871 F 33 644/9 23/ 5 Tradeston Lanark

No other Carmichael with her.
