wills in Ireland 1923 death in Castlebar

Hi I have been investigating Irish records today and can see that there is now a lot more on-line than the last time I looked - which is great! I decided to start by looking for 2 wills, one for a death in 1919 and one for a death in 1923. From what I have found it looks like the 1923 will (if there was one written) may be listed on the National Archives site. Although I can load up the site and can see that there is  Castlebar District Probate Registry I cannot get any further into it - can anyone help? The will I a looking for is for a Joseph Edward Prossor who died in Castlebar in the June 1/4 of 1923.
