Any ideas for this address?

It's an address in 1916 in Bootle, Liverpool.

I thought it looked like 39 Ramoire Rd but can't find any evidence for this street name.

Any help would be appreciated.

I read it as Primrose Road too

Ditto prior to seeing other posts & what jumped out was the number as my aunt lived at number 39 although Cresent but not in Liverpool

On the 1900 street map, Primrose "street" is in Bootle, not road. It looks like Rimrose Rd to me, but that's not showing on the street map.

After looking on Google for Rimrose Road I have found below, it's a reply to someone's request about an address in Rimrose Road.

in the 1911 Directory for Liverpool & Suburbs

At 114 Rimrose Road Bootle was Mrs Alice Harvey - Licenced Broker.

I will have a look at the 1901 census and see who was there then.

You have to really zoom in on Google Maps, but Rimrose Road can be found: it's the A565, along the western edge of Bootle.

No. 39 must have been somewhere near where the Lexus and Toyota showrooms now stand.

The cutting says "Rd"     and it could say Rimrose . . . . . I still prefer Primrose . . . . .

Census address search only show a Rimrose Road in Bootle. No Primrose. There is a  39 listed.

Added - In 1901, which is the latest census link I can give, 39 Rimrose Road is on RG13/3461/162/19
