Thank you all,  yes they were incorrectly put as Codlin in 1891,  I just wanted to find what happened to them after that,  I cant find Isaac anywhere after 1891.

The free index to the 1911 census does not too look promising, Harriet Beatrice Snowling, re age and place of birth.

And the free index to the 1939 Register has Harriet B Snowling, born 1882, in Yarmouth, with William J Snowling and 2 more people.
Although playing around with month of birth it looks like December, so her year would be one out (the one we want was registered March 1882)

On the other hand, a search on FreeBMD shows only one Harriet/Harriett Beatrice Smith birth registration from Dec 1881 to March 1883, which is perhaps surprising. And that one is of course Harriett in Norwich.

I just had a thought,  Eliza their mother died in 1898, Charles died in 1897 the children from that marriage were in an institution and Hubbies Great Grandmother was taken in by another family (presumed adopted) but not official,  dont know what happened to the other 2 children from that Marriage.  The Smith children would have been older than the Codling children at the death of both parents,  did they go to live with their father George Smith,  Harriett would have been about 16, Isaac and Sarah older.

There are Beatrice Smiths b Gt Yarmouth around the right time so you need to check the marriage jonw65 posted.

Free index to 1939 Register suggests that the date of birth given for Harriet B Snowling is not 16 Dec, but may be 17 Dec (1882)
One day out + one year out. The year may be corrected via the age on her death registration.
I still cannot see that the Snowling - Smith marriage is online.
